Each "Dragontail" is handcrafted, with quality genuine materials. We focus on producing items that will last as long as possible. 
Leather items will slowly take shape depending on what they're used for. The surface of the leather will normally get smoother the more it is used. These details shouldn't affect the overall durability & functionality. If cared for well, your "Dragontail" may be passed down generations.
Or rope accessories are all made with the highest quality rope available, they are non-fray and have a strong resistance. 
We don't recommend machine-washing any of our accessories.
Normally, a light wipe or rinse by hand should do the job.
